We know you're tired when you pull in. We keep it simple.
Every Neigh & Stay location is built to the same standard — so you always know what to expect, wherever you stop.

Check-in & checkout
Arrivals 2pm–9pm. Checkout by 9am. Early or late arrivals — just text 303-918-5711 ahead of time and we'll make it work.

Location & parking
First location in development. All Neigh & Stay locations are highway-adjacent with large-rig parking for rigs up to 65ft and easy pull-through access.

Horse health requirements
Current Coggins required (within 12 months). Vaccinations recommended. No horses showing signs of illness. Paperwork checked at arrival.

Dog requirements
Current rabies & distemper vaccinations required. Dogs leashed in all common areas. Aggressive dogs must be disclosed at booking — no exceptions.

Arena & turnout
Riding arena and turnout paddocks included with all overnight horse stays. Lighted arena available for evening use. Turnout paddocks open AM and PM.

Hourly & short stops
Trainers and transporters can book a quick rest stop — horses off the trailer, water, hay, and a stretch. Call 303-918-5711 to arrange a layover.

Vet & farrier
Emergency vet contact on file at every location. Nearest equine clinic info provided at check-in. Farrier available by request with 24hr advance notice.

Hay and water always included with every horse stay. Grain, supplements, shavings, and dog food available to purchase on-site at every location.

Wash rack & facilities
Horse wash rack on-site (first come, first served). Dog wash station available. Guest laundry room on property.

Gated property with keypad access. Security camera coverage overnight. Stall and kennel locks standard. Staff on property every night.
